What's the best way to use AutographPLS?

We suggest employing AutographPLS® when your schedule is most hectic, when traveling, shopping, or during family outings. Use it in any public space, business, area, or establishment - airports, hotels, restaurants, parties, galas, premieres, concerts, sporting events, or meetings.


How do I order?

If I hand out one card, won't everyone want one?

We created a much firmer, very specific, and targeted message - that specifically addresses this concern. Your card is guaranteed not to have this problem.  Click here to view a selection of our firm and very firm messages.


Can the autograph protection be removed?

Lifetime protection is automatically included with each purchase. While not recommended, we can remove the autograph protection allowing fans to sell your autograph. Protection cannot be removed by fans or AutographPLS - once it's been applied. As a result, this type of request must be made prior to production.

Orders are confidential. Please be assured that all communications and transactions are met with absolute discretion.


Are you an autograph dealer or fan club?

We are not an autograph dealer and this is not a fan club. Please read here about what we do and how it works.


I only need to fix a selfie problem. Can this be done?

Absolutely! Our turn-key solution fixes problems with selfies, gratis autographs, and fan-initiated conversation - or any combination thereof. Your message will be customized to target only the problem(s) you are experiencing. References to conversation, for example, will be omitted.


What do I sign?

You may provide a high quality JPG, we can source a photograph, or select one of our unique Heritage Series Autograph Templates for your signature.


Who owns the autograph?

The personality owns and retains the rights to his or her autograph. Supply us with a registered business name, and we'll inscribe it on both sides of the autograph as seen here. Conversely, if you haven't registered a name or don't have one in mind you may elect to use AutographPLS.


What's the message that is printed on the Consideration Card?

To simplify and accelerate the customer experience, we offer six message options from which to select. We will work with you to refine the message to capture the nuances of your style, if desired. Alternatively, we can assist in crafting a fully customized message.

The firmness of your message will be personalized to meet the enthusiasm of approaching fans. Your card is guaranteed to govern all levels of fan aggression - whether you find fans to be typically "not at all aggressive", "extremely aggressive" or anywhere in between. Any firmness is expertly counterbalanced yielding a message that's both effective and respectful.


What are the Consideration Cards redeemable for?

Our variable-function vouchers are redeemable for a genuine autograph - which cannot be sold or profited upon in any manner. When you use our service, you're automatically covered by our comprehensive Four Point Protection.


Can we see the legal agreement?

Sure! To request a copy of the autograph recipient agreement, please contact us by email at info@autographpls.com


How soon can i begin using the service?

AutographPLS produces a quality, custom product. Once the PO has been signed, and the proofs have been approved, please allow up to 10 business days for delivery. If you'd like to begin using our service immediately, please let a team member know. This is certainly possible with some concession.


How do we view the fan survey?

Is the autograph authentic?

Each autograph we procure is hand signed by the star themselves. The autograph you'll be receiving is absolutely authentic.


When will I receive the autograph?

Once you've signed the legal agreement, shipping and handling takes approximately four to six weeks. Please expect to see the autograph somewhere in this time frame.


Can I sell the autograph?

No. You are legally bound by the contract you signed. Additionally, you are not the rightful, legal owner.


Why do I need to sign a legal agreement?

Unfortunately, this is needed to restrict autograph profiteering.


The post office lost my mail. Can you send me a replacement?

We are sorry to hear about this. :-(  Unfortunately, due to inventory requirements, we cannot ship a replacement autograph. You may consider contacting your nearest branch in an attempt to recover any lost or missing mail.


The autograph has been damaged. What can I do?

Well, that's not the news we wanted to hear. :-(   We pack each autograph to prevent or minimize potential damage. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee it won't be damaged en route.


Can you send me a card?

Due to inventory constraints, we are unfortunately unable to do this. These may be obtained only if a personality chooses to distribute.


The legal agreement states not to cover a copyright. What do you define as the copyright?

Good question! The copyright is defined as any text printed on either side of the item. The copyright on the front of the item needs to remain visible at all times.


Why is there a limit of one autograph per address?

This limit exists to further restrict profiteering. If family members each received a card, please have a friend or relative order for the autograph for you.
